Yes. All meat served at Clay Handi is certified halal, and it is prepared in a kitchen that handles halal ingredients only.
A half handi comfortably serves one to two people. A full handi serves three to four and is what most families order to share. Both are cooked in the same clay vessel and served in it.
Yes. Every dish can be prepared mild, medium or hot. Tell us when you order and the kitchen adjusts the masala rather than adding heat at the end.
Each handi is cooked to order over open fire, so allow around 25 minutes. That slow reduction is what gives the gravy its depth, and it is not something we shortcut.
We do. Paneer, mix vegetable, daal and biryani dishes run throughout the menu, and several can be prepared vegan or dairy free on request.
