A handi is the traditional clay pot our food is cooked in. The porous clay holds heat gently and takes on the spices, which is what gives our curries their depth — so the restaurant is named after the vessel the cooking depends on.
Yes. Dishes are cooked to order in small batches and our spice blends are prepared in house, so every handi reaches your table freshly made.
