From Clay and Fire: The Story Behind Every Handi
Long before ClayHandi became a restaurant, it was a feeling—a memory of meals cooked slowly in earthen pots, where aromas danced through the air and flavors told stories.
Inspired by this heritage, we bring you an experience rooted in tradition. Each dish is slow-cooked over fire, served with soul, and meant to be remembered.

The Mutton Handi had a deep flavor that reminded me of my grandmother’s clay-pot meals. You could taste the slow cooking, the smoke, and the love in every bite. I haven’t had food this soulful in years

The Chicken Biryani was layered with bold spices and carried the smoky aroma of real handi cooking. Each bite took me back to family gatherings and festive dinners I grew up with.

From the first bite of the Chicken Karahi, I knew it was special. The clay handi flavor, rich masala, and soft naan made it feel like a home-cooked celebration.
